Idea 12 - When setting up and trying to run perf jobs with 8TPI the perf keepings snapping and then we change to 10TPI and it runs ok

Use 10TPI for the 8TPI jobs sp we do not have togo through this every time

Spoke to Carl Lee as well to help from an understanding the cost implications and he is up for it. We won't need him for the 1st meeting though. I will update him from the outcome
