For this idea we are going to invite Bob Jackson as the person who raised the idea and also I will see if Carl Lee can get involved from Planning perspective who will be able to advise on the cost of the decisions.

Spoke to Carl Lee as well to help from an understanding the cost implications and he is up for it. We won't need him for the 1st meeting though. I will update him from the outcome
